The Variosprayer II is new addition for 2003, benefiting from several innovations designed to simplify its use, with a telescopic spray bar.

 

 

Main advantages and technical innovations

      Improved ergonomics         

  • The filter is built into the tank to avoid dirt and to maintain a constant temperature
     to avoid clogging

  • There are fewer hoses and the pump is immersed in the tank to remain hot, thus
    simplifying the circuits and improving rear access

      Improved automated operation

  • The Helios automated system is now in colour. The operator has all the information
    he requires in the cab, without having to intervene at the rear.  A video system is available
    as an option.

      Increased safety and an improved look

  • The bar is fitted with a cover. The tanks are in a new, one-piece design.

    
New : electronic quality control

The Rincheval sprayers are tested on an in-plant test bench to check longitudinal 
and transversal regularity.

Adjustments are electronically optimised. The user is given  a computer print-out 
indicating the proper adjustments.

The equipment of the rincheval test bench has been recognised by the industry
as offering the highest levels of performance in Europe and has been given the seal
of approval of the Ministry of Industry and by the French Road Technologies Committee
