In the batch manufacturing process
A fractionate and cumulative metering of each component is carried out to prepare a batch.
The water phase is then mixed with the bitumen and the fluxing material by the colloidal mill.
The continuous process (in ligne)
Enables continuous production of emulsion, with flow meters and electronic interlocks.
There is no need for tanks to prepare the water phase.
