Functionalities The MONO 500 AFU TK melter is gathering in only one single trailer the whole equipment which is necessary for the treatment of roadway joints and cracks. Equipped with: - A twin axle trailer, whose front axle can be hydraulically raised in order to increase the motricity of the "jockey" wheel - A standard MONO 500 melter, with 50-kcal/h thermal oil heater - A motor compressor unit with electric starting, 3,8 m3/min with 7 bars flow (used by both hot air lance and sand unit) also actuating the hydraulic pump necessary for the melter operation - A thermal lance - A sanding unit with Venturi system for sand projection RINCHEVAL BREINING

Applications > The MONO 500 AFU TK allows 3 operators using simultaneously the hot air lance, the joint sealing lance and the sanding lance. Advantages > Only one engine actuating the compressor and the hydraulic pump  = noise and energy saving > Very compact unit on the jobsite = safety of the users = beaconing of the mobile jobsite > Economy of personnel = no van to tract the compressor while working > Possibility to have the burner working on 220V-sector, and consequently start heating earlier > Nightly electric heating in order to maintain a constant oil temperature (option)
