All our bitumen sprayers are tested
All our bitumen sprayers are tested on a test bench designed for equipments testing:
- before shipment, in connection with traceability and quality controls,
- or on the occasion of the annual checkings.
The principle
We pay a particular attention to the control of:
- outputs,
- efficiency of individual spraybar jets,
- simulations at constant width with variation of proportioning, or at constant proportioning with variation of width.
The test complies with NF P98-726 standard; the protocol also adapts to compliences from all countries worldwide.
Principle
> Use of an oily fluid with the same viscosity as that of bitumen, in a closed cycle,
> Controlled injection, and measurement of the individual spraybar jet outputs,
> With control of the parameters through automated registration.
